This policy outlines the maintenance, return, exchange, upgrade, and buy-back terms applicable to jewellery purchased from Patavyya Diamonds.

A. Annual Jewellery Maintenance

Patavyya Diamonds is committed to preserving the beauty and longevity of your diamond stud jewellery.

• We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection once every year for eligible jewellery.
• This annual maintenance service becomes void if the jewellery has been altered, repaired, or worked on by any third-party jeweller.
• Regular professional maintenance is recommended to ensure stone security and long-term brilliance.

B. Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

1. Return of Product

• All Patavyya Diamonds jewellery is handcrafted. Minor variations in size, weight, or dimensions may occur compared to website images due to the artisanal manufacturing process.
• Products may be returned or exchanged along with the original diamond certificate, subject to quality inspection.
• Returns and exchanges are processed at the prevailing market value, after deduction of applicable making charges, taxes, and fees.
• Returning the original certificate is mandatory. Loss of certificate will result in a certification cost deduction.
• Jewellery showing any alteration or repair by a third-party jeweller will not be accepted, and all associated benefits shall stand void.
• Patavyya Diamonds reserves the right to re-evaluate the product value based on quality inspection.
• A return processing fee of up to 5% may apply, along with payment gateway and shipping deductions based on actual costs.
• Returns made within 15 days for in-stock products may be subject to a deduction of up to 5%.
• For products shipped to us for exchange or buy-back, a shipping charge of 2% of the product value or actual shipping cost (whichever is lower) will be applicable.

2. Lifetime Exchange / Upgrade Policy

• Customers may exchange or upgrade their jewellery at any time in the future.
• Exchange value is calculated at prevailing rates as follows:
  • Metal: 100% of prevailing metal rate
  • Diamonds: Up to 90% of prevailing market value
• Making charges and applicable taxes are excluded from the exchange value.
• The maximum eligible exchange value is ₹3,00,000.
• In case of damaged jewellery, missing stones, or missing certificates, a proportionate deduction will be applied.

3. Buy-Back Policy

• Customers may sell their jewellery back to Patavyya Diamonds, subject to quality inspection.
• Buy-back valuation:
  • Metal: 100% of prevailing metal rate
  • Diamonds: Up to 80% of prevailing market value
• Any discounts provided at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the buy-back value.
• Maximum buy-back value is capped at ₹3,00,000.

4. 15-Day Money-Back Policy (In-Stock Products Only)

• Applicable only to in-stock jewellery. Custom-made or bespoke designs are not eligible.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Maximum refund value is ₹3,00,000.
• Refunds are processed only after approval by our quality assurance team, verification of original invoice, and diamond certificate.
• Approved refund
