We recommend an annual professional cleaning and inspection to ensure stones are secure and the setting remains in excellent condition. Services are available at our locations or through arranged support for remote clients.

Remote Service (Shipping Support)
For clients outside our service locations, we can assist with secure pick‑up and delivery arrangements. Shipping and handling charges are applicable as per actual cost.

Important Service Notes

Resizing
Resizing support is available for eligible designs, subject to design limitations and size adjustments.

Stone Setting
If a mounted stone becomes loose, Patavyya Diamonds will inspect and reset the stone where possible. Please note that we cannot replace stones that are lost.

Service Validity
Complimentary or support services may be void if the jewellery has been altered, repaired, or worked on by a third‑party jeweller.
